The Care Forum provides infrastructure support for the health and social care voluntary and community sector in Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire by:

• facilitating health and social care networks;
• providing information;
• supporting representation and ensuring communication between sectors.

The Care Forum also offers a range of information services including an online database that holds local and national information on health and well-being services and organisations.

Their Advocacy Team provide issue-based, client-led support and assistance across a range of health and social care issues.

The Care Forum is the host organisation for the West of England ChangeUp Consortium, and for the Bristol and South Gloucestershire Local Involvement Networks.

The organisation has just started work on a new Social Prescribing project in the Keynsham area of Bath and North East Somerset.
